Bea, Milo and Oscar get roped into babysitting Ms. Lips’ ornery catfish. When the catfish escapes just as Ms. Lips is on her way back home, the gang must find him while, at the same time, convince Ms. Lips that there is nothing fishy about the catfish currently in her house … even though he now bears a striking resemblance to Milo.

The story begins when Ms. Lips calls Bea into her office. Ms. Lips tells Bea that she needs her to take care of her cat, Attila. Bea agrees to take care of Attila. Then, Bea leaves the office. She meets Milo and Oscar in the school hallway and tells them that Ms. Lips wants her to babysit. Milo and Oscar offer to help, and Bea thanks them.

That very night, Bea, Milo, and Oscar go to Ms. Lips' house. Ms. Lips opens the door in about a minute or two and says that her 'baby' is afraid of doorbells, and that is why she took so long. Ms. Lips then introduces Attila to Bea, Milo, and Oscar. She then leaves and tells Bea to call her if there are any problems.

Later, Shellsea calls Bea and says that everyone is hanging out at the Burger Bunny parking lot. She also says that there is a big party going on.
