Upset with Oscar's morning announcements being boring to everyone as always, Bea updates the announcements to feature new segments and a different set. But when she goes too far with the segments, she leaves out the important announcements, leading to a catastrophe with the school.
Episode Summary
Oscar bores everyone in Freshwater High School with his morning announcements, so Bea helps make the show more entertaining, but after Oscar realizes that she starts making the morning announcements not about school and decides to quit, he doesn't get his chance to announce the cafeteria being closed for repairs
